TERMS & CONDITIONS

This regulation constitutes a code of conduct necessary to protect the reservation, the stay of guests and the complete and correct use of the services offered by Arcaplus srl, owner of the Arcasuite brand.

General Terms & Conditions of Stay:
Check-in is from 3:00 PM
. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Arrival and departure times must be communicated in advance.
Please note that the credit card used for the reservation must be in the name of the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, the cardholder must submit a third-party authorization at the time of booking.

Check-in:
Guests are required to present a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Security Deposit:
To check in, a security deposit must be placed on your credit card to cover any damages. This amount will be released upon checkout after the property has been checked for occupancy.

Property Condition:
The property is delivered clean and sanitized throughout according to the highest standards required by Arcaplus Srl.
Any non-routine cleaning or additional requests requested by guests will be charged to them upon checkout.
Towels are changed every 3 days.
Any other requests must be communicated at check-in, along with any other needs related to laundry and ironing services.

Pets:
Pets of any kind or size are not allowed.

Parties/Events:
Parties, gatherings, and gatherings of any kind on the property are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Guests are advised to limit the number of daytime visitors to a maximum established by common sense and, in any case, by notifying the Agency in advance.

Smoking
: Smoking is prohibited inside the residence. Violation of this rule may result in administrative fines and/or cleaning or maintenance costs.

Waste:
The waste and recycling organization does not include door-to-door waste sorting; waste must be separated into paper/plastic, glass, and organic/non-recyclable waste and placed in the appropriate containers shown to you by Arcaplus staff during check-in.
Any fines incurred due to incorrect waste sorting will be charged to guests.

Number of people:
The reservation is considered confirmed and guaranteed for the number of people declared during the booking confirmation. Any guests exceeding this number, if not communicated in advance to our staff, may incur a supplementary charge.

Guest assistance and contact details:
During check-in and check-out and for any problems related to the guests’ stay, a 24-hour telephone assistance service is available, also operating on holidays, which guests can contact by calling +39 3343149639

Theft/Damage:
Arcaplus Srl is not responsible for any theft or personal injury to guests inside the apartments. We therefore recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance.
Guests are responsible for any damage to furniture and other items incurred during their stay.

Compliance with the Rules.
Failure to comply with any rules constitutes a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Stay as set forth in the Rental Agreement.
Arcaplus reserves the right to revoke the stay of Guests who do not comply with the vacation rental rules or cause a disturbance to the Condominium.

Booking Terms & Conditions:
Cancellations and changes to your booking:

Non-Refundable Rate:
Deposit/Prepayment:
The full amount of the stay will be charged at any time.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be retained.

Flexible Rate:
Deposit/Advance Payment: 50% of the payment will be charged immediately.
The remaining 50% will be charged 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of changes or cancellations within the seventh day, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
Failure to pay the balance will result in the reservation not being confirmed.
In case of no-shows, the full amount of the stay will be retained.

Breakfast:
Rates do not include any meals.
You can request breakfast through your reserved area on our website www.arcasuite.com or by contacting us directly.

Children’s Policy / Extra Beds:
Children are welcome.
Children under 3 years of age stay free in a crib provided by the property upon request.
Children 4 years of age and older are considered adults.
The apartment cannot accommodate extra beds.
